On February 17th I posted these goals and these are what I have accomplished this far:
go grocery shopping and really load up on the good stuff- drink myself to death with water. hydrate, hydrate, H.Y.D.R.A.T.E! - this has gotten A LOT better, but still a work in progress
apply for a job, at target?- that’s a no go =/give up liquor all together for lint (I’m not religious, but….this needs to happen because I feel myself slipping into the familiar role of night caps and binge eating- PARTLY FAILED (not drinking much but did decide to have a few drinks, the bottle is gone now and I’m not buying another to end the temptation)throw away the big bag of twizzlers on my kitchen counter I’ve been munching on (that’s wasteful and I hate it, but its a me or the twizzlers situation)»>DONE!Log my food again.- been doing this faithfully for awhile nowCreate a calender likethisone- see picture above!- Set daily alarm for 7:30 am wake up everyday…even weekends. (Having time to myself every morning before Lily wakes up is something I know I NEED and have not ever given myself.)
So I’m pretty excited to see I have made some progress as little as it may be. The calender really makes me realize that loses are outweighing my wins in terms of food. Having a visual is really nice and helps to really simplify where I’m at. So my new goal:
-fill the rest of this calender with green!!
EDIT: I work weekends which keeps me much more busy which obviously is a good thing according to this calender. Exhibit ? that I need another day job!
